5 large ripe peaches or 4 cups any fruit (fresh or frozen), chopped in bite size pieces
2/3 cup maple syrup
1½ cups plain low-fat yogurt
Pour it into your ice cream maker and follow your specific manufacturer’s instructions. When done, enjoy immediately or put it into the freezer to harden more.
Once it has been in the freezer for a day, you will need to take out and let it defrost for a few minutes before it becomes scoopable (or you can microwave the container with the frozen yogurt for 15 seconds).
